The Trump administration has resumed household detention of immigrants, a authorized nonprofit stated, reigniting a controversial apply largely curtailed underneath the Biden administration.

The federal government does have to fulfill sure obligations underneath the 1997 Flores Settlement when detailing youngsters, together with releasing them inside 20 days.
