'Thanks for not taking pictures me,' man tells Las Vegas officer weeks earlier than allegedly taking pictures at police

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person accused of firing a gunshot at a Metro police officer thanked a distinct officer for not taking pictures him throughout an arrest weeks earlier, the 8 Information Now Investigators have realized.

On July 18, a Metro police officer encountered Bustillos after he allegedly crashed into two automobiles on Sahara Avenue close to Nellis Boulevard, paperwork stated.

The officer later collided with one other LVMPD worker’s car to “disengage” from the shooter, paperwork stated.

Police later positioned the handgun they consider Bustillos used within the taking pictures.

Prosecutors didn’t instantly file prices in July, main a choose to launch Bustillos. Following his arrest in September, and prosecutors submitting prices together with tried homicide, Las Vegas Justice Courtroom Decide Daniel Westmeyer denied setting bail.
