'Should be ashamed': Attorneys clash in lawsuit against Las Vegas private school following alleged 8th grade sex assault

A judge denied a motion to remove several defendants from a civil lawsuit filed against a Las Vegas private school in connection with an alleged sexual assault on a class trip. Clark County District Judge Mark Denton made the ruling Thursday.
