Senate Republicans on Saturday voted towards an uncommon procedural gambit by Senate Democratic Chief Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) to droop the Senate guidelines and advance a invoice via the Guidelines Committee to fund the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA).
