Raiders coach Klint Kubiak elevates Rob Leonard and hires Andrew Janocko as coordinators

Raiders defensive position coach and run recreation coordinator Rob Leonard was formally elevated to defensive coordinator on Sunday, and Seahawks quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko will comply with Kubiak from Seattle to be the offensive coordinator.
