Police: Flawed-way driver arrested after 3-car crash in northeast Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash that resulted within the arrest of 1 individual and closed a serious avenue within the northeast valley Thursday morning for just a few hours.

The crash was reported round 4:30 a.m. on E. Lake Mead Boulevard close to Marion Drive, west of Nellis Boulevard, and concerned a wrong-way driver, Las Vegas Metropolitan police mentioned.

Police mentioned the wrong-way driver was touring on Lake Mead and struck two different autos, inflicting one to roll over. That driver was transported to the hospital with minor accidents. Lake Mead reopened to site visitors round 6:15 a.m.
