Needed suspect barricaded in central Las Vegas valley residence: police

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas police and SWAT responded to a barricade within the central valley Wednesday after a wished suspect refused to go away the house.

Round 2 p.m., Metro police responded to the 2000 block of Canterbury Drive close to Tropicana Avenue and Spencer Avenue after a wished suspect was recognized inside a residence.

The suspect refused to go away, leading to police organising a fringe and SWAT responded to resolve the state of affairs, police stated.

As of 6:50 p.m., the suspect was nonetheless contained in the residence.
