Tickets are on sale now $25 for one, 5 for $100, or 50 for $500. The deadline to enter is July 31.

The grand prize features a townhome within the Crimson Assortment on the Watercolor Deliberate Group, three bedrooms, two baths, and entry to shared courtyards and resort-style facilities. The house is situated at 2870 Heritage Courtroom in North Las Vegas.

The winner, chosen in early August, can select the house or take residence a money prize of as much as $250,000.
