LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The M Resort will open its second lodge tower on Monday, Dec. 1, almost doubling its lodge capability from 390 to 765 rooms, in response to a Wednesday information launch.
The resort additionally introduced the addition of a brand new restaurant, Meril, in partnership with The Emeril Group. The restaurant is known as after Emeril Lagasse’s daughter. It is the second, following within the footsteps of “one of New Orleans’ most beloved neighborhood restaurants,” officers stated. The opening date for the restaurant was not revealed.
