Las Vegas resort agrees to $7.2 million fine over violations surrounding illegal bookmaker Mathew Bowyer

The Venetian Las Vegas has agreed to pay $7.2 million to settle a complaint filed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, joining a list of properties paying a heavy toll for allowing illegal bookmaker Mathew Bowyer to gamble at their properties.
