Las Vegas police: Man steals Uber Eats automotive, drives impaired, 'deliberately' collides with boat

Las Vegas Metro police suspect a person stole an Uber Eats automotive and drove impaired when he deliberately collided with a ship, injuring a person engaged on it, based on paperwork the 8 Information Now Investigators obtained.
