LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two Metro patrol automobiles have been concerned in collisions, and one officer was taken to an area hospital on Thursday morning, police mentioned.
At round 11:00 a.m. on April 17, officers positioned a stolen automobile close to Smoke Ranch Highway and North Rainbow Boulevard. Officers tried to cease the automobile close to Lake Mead Boulevard and Rampart Boulevard, and a collision occurred between the stolen automobile and a Metro patrol automobile.
The suspect left the scene within the stolen automobile, and officers didn’t pursue the automobile. No officers have been harm through the incident.
Later, at round 11:20 a.m., a two-vehicle collision occurred close to Lake Mead Boulevard and James Bilbray Drive. One of many automobiles concerned was a Metro patrol automobile.
The officer and two different people have been taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening accidents. Police ask the general public keep away from the realm.
