Lacking US troopers in Lithuania killed: NATO chief

4 U.S. troopers who went lacking whereas coaching in Lithuania have died, NATO Secretary-Normal Mark Rutte stated Wednesday.

Chatting with reporters throughout a visit to Warsaw, Rutte stated he had acquired phrase of the deaths of the 4 American troops.

“This is still early news so we do not know the details. This is really terrible news and our thoughts are with the families and loved ones,” Rutte stated, as reported by The Related Press.

The information comes solely hours after it was initially reported the 4 American troopers had been lacking.

U.S. Military Europe and Africa stated that the lacking troops had been a part of the Military’s 1st Brigade, third Infantry Division and had been in a coaching space near the Lithuanian metropolis of Pabradė, a city lower than 6 miles west of the border with Belarus.
