“We are concerned that the government will try to use something called expedited removal to deport them without ever going back before a judge,” UNLV Immigration Clinic Director Michael Kagan stated.
Kagan stated they’ve confirmed ICE arrested the lads, who at the moment are behind bars in Pahrump.
“It’s really unclear whether they are being legally detained right now,” he stated.
