Flood advisory issued for Las Vegas valley as showers proceed

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Nationwide Climate Service issued a flood advisory to the Las Vegas valley Monday as rainfall and cooler temperatures continued within the valley.

The advisory was initially set to final till 7 p.m. and was later prolonged to 9 p.m. Monday with the impacted areas together with Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder Metropolis.
