Ex-prison warden ordered to counseling after alleged ear-biting at Las Vegas casino party

Criminal charges against a former Nevada state prison warden are expected to be dropped if he completes impulse control counseling, stays out of trouble for a year, completes community service, stays away from a Las Vegas casino, and completes community service, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
