Driver in Nevada trooper hit-and-run to serve 10 days in jail on weekends

A driver who initially confronted a DUI cost, who drove off after a crash on a Las Vegas freeway involving a Nevada trooper, will serve 10 days in jail on weekends and home arrest as a part of an settlement with prosecutors, a spokesperson confirmed Wednesday.
