Documents reveal why Nevada parole board kept ex-NFL player Henry Ruggs in prison

The Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners denied parole for ex-NFL player Henry Ruggs because he was removed from a community supervision program during his incarceration, and because of the impact on the victim and/or community, according to documents obtained by the 8 News Now Investigators.
