CCSD adjustments commencement regalia coverage following ACLU lawsuit

The Clark County College District has formally modified its commencement regalia coverage practically a 12 months after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), filed a lawsuit in opposition to the district, claiming colleges have been “enforcing unconstitutional restrictions on students’ decorating their caps and gowns.”
