Texas GOP Rep. Morgan Luttrell not looking for reelection

Luttrell, a former Navy SEAL who gained his seat in Texas’s deep-red eighth Congressional District in 2022, stated he’s not stepping away from service, however “choosing a different path – one that allows me to stay rooted in Texas and focus on the people and places that matter most.”
