LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Singer Kelly Clarkson has postponed the rest of her August live performance sequence in Las Vegas.

The previous American Idol singer cited household wants for her abrupt announcement on Wednesday.

“Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas. While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children’s father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them. I am sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows, and I so appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding,” Clarkson posted on her social media accounts Wednesday evening.

The announcement comes after the singer postponed the opening of her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Colosseum in July.

Tickets to Clarkson’s residency opening had been listed on-line from an ordinary $133 all the best way as much as resales going for $1,200 final month.

The “Studio Sessions” residency was scheduled for dates from July 4 to Aug. 16, with extra exhibits Nov. 7-15.
