3-time convicted felon aimed slingshot while on bicycle, police said

Las Vegas police said a three-time convicted felon refused to follow their orders while riding a bicycle and threatened an officer with a slingshot he pulled out of his backpack, according to documents obtained by 8NewsNow.com.
