LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A ten-year contract to run services at Willow Seaside beneath Hoover Dam on the Colorado River has been awarded to LMNRA Visitor Providers, LLC.

Willow Seaside is within the Black Canyon space of Lake Mead Nationwide Recreation Space. Entry to the world is from the Arizona aspect of the Colorado River, off U.S. 93 south of the Mike O’Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge.
Lake Mead Nationwide Recreation Space ranks ninth amongst NPS websites, attracting 5.79 million guests in 2023. That elevated to six.41 million in 2024, and the park stored its rating at No. 9.
The contract consists of the unique rights to run guided raft excursions, marina operations, boat leases, houseboat lodging, meals and beverage providers, retail gross sales, campground administration, and land- and water-based gas gross sales.
When Visitor Providers obtained the 25-year contract to run Cottonwood Cove — about 30 miles to the south — it introduced $10 million in deliberate enhancements to the positioning. The corporate has not revealed what it might need in retailer for Willow Seaside.
