Could not agree extra, Phyllis. It appears we’re being reminded on an nearly day by day foundation.
Duty is a one-size-fits-all go well with for each drivers and pedestrians, but when individuals out strolling stood out extra to passing vehicles – especialy at night time – possibly that may be a win-win for all of us.
