“What’s up with people intentionally driving on the right shoulder / exit lane then cutting into freeway traffic just before the exit? It’s dangerous and just plain rude. Wait your turn. That lane is for people exiting only, not to bypass traffic because you think you’re entitled! You just create chaos by being impatient. Notice how people don’t want to let you in when you’re trying to cut? You are a crash waiting to happen!”

Nevada State Police generally look particularly for shoulder drivers when southbound I-15 backs up on the California state line at Primm after vacation weekends.
