“The southbound lanes on Las Vegas Boulevard at Harmon were changed for the Formula 1 race. But when they changed them back, they left ghost lanes that send cars on different paths. I’ve seen people cut each other off on a daily basis. I’m surprised there aren’t more crashes. One set of lanes there would be great.”
