Well-known new neighbor's early birds draw ire of Las Vegas house owner

A house owner within the southeast Las Vegas valley says two of her new next-door neighbors wake her up within the early morning hours most days since they moved in. These neighbors – one named Gin and the opposite named Juice –  perch on the wire close to her bed room window and, she says, scream on the prime of their lungs.
