UK actor Micheal Ward granted bail over rape and sexual assault prices

LONDON (AP) — British actor Micheal Ward was granted bail Thursday after showing at a central London court docket to face prices of rape and sexual assault.

The 27-year-old, who has starred within the Netflix crime drama “Top Boy,” faces two counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault.

The offenses reportedly befell in January 2023. The fees relate to at least one girl.

Ward appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Courtroom the place he confirmed his identify, deal with and date of beginning throughout a brief listening to. He didn’t enter any pleas and was granted conditional bail to subsequent seem at Snaresbrook Crown Courtroom in northeast London on Sept. 25.
