Tribe, conservation group struggle for a voice in lawsuit surrounding endangered Nevada toad

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone tribe is working with the Heart for Organic Variety to guard the endangered Dixie Valley toad. On Tuesday they requested a federal choose to permit arguments towards a lawsuit introduced by Ormat that may strip Endangered Species Act protections from the toad.
