Texas man with 2 pit bulls topic of Northern Nevada search

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A search is constant for a person believed to be armed after he fled from Nevada State Police Freeway Patrol troopers close to Winnemucca on Thursday.

{A photograph} of John Travis Stanley has been launched on social media by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Workplace. The photograph was taken from video footage when troopers stopped him. On Thursday, officers shut down the Water Canyon Campground close to Winnemucca as they looked for Stanley, who was believed to be on foot with two bit bull terrier canine.

He was sporting a black shirt with a pit bull and the phrase “Loyalty” throughout the highest, black pants and sun shades with white rims.

Stanley is needed on excellent felony warrants in Texas, in keeping with the sheriff’s officers.
