LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Spirit Airways introduced Thursday that it is discontinuing service to 11 cities to give attention to its strongest performing markets.
This comes on the heels of the funds service submitting for chapter safety per week in the past, simply months after rising from a Chapter 11 reorganization. Spirit CEO and President Dave Davis stated the corporate is concentrated on lowering debt and elevating capital.
The air service is discontinuing service to the next 11 cities. The eight cities in daring have service to and from Las Vegas.
Albuquerque
Birmingham
Boise
Chattanooga
Columbia
Oakland
Portland
Sacramento
Salt Lake Metropolis
San Diego
San Jose
In accordance with an announcement launched by Spirit Airways, companies to these cities will cease the week of Oct. 2, 2025.
“We apologize to our Guests for any inconvenience this may cause and will reach out to those with affected reservations to notify them of their options, including a refund,” the assertion stated.
Spirit stated it would proceed its service to different locations within the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
