Scholar arrested with gun at Cimarron Memorial Excessive Faculty in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A pupil at Cimarron Memorial Excessive Faculty was arrested Friday morning after a gun was found.

A letter from the college’s principal, Colin McNuaght, stated that police responded to the college after directors acquired a report of a doable weapon on campus.

The college was positioned in lockdown throughout the police search, wherein a firearm was confiscated and a pupil was arrested. The principal stated there have been no threats made to the college or college students.

McNaught’s letter went on to clarify that the scholar arrested was a juvenile, so particular particulars can’t be shared.
