North Las Vegas police seek for lacking, endangered man

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — North Las Vegas police are trying to find an endangered 37-year-old man with autism final seen Tuesday afternoon.

Herman Clemons, 37, was final seen on Feb. 25 round 12 p.m. close to his house within the 1000 block of East Carey Avenue close to fifth Avenue.

Clemons is described as a Black man, 5’8”, 130 kilos with quick black hair and brown eyes. Police stated he suffers from Down syndrome and autism and has the psychological acuity of a 2-year-old, making him unable to take care of himself.
