Oats is described as a Black feminine, 5 toes 1 inch tall and weighing roughly 140 kilos, with grey hair and brown eyes. She was final seen sporting an outfit just like the one pictured, blue denims, and both a light-weight pink and grey high or a white multi-colored polka dot high.
