NEW YORK (AP) — Fergie L. Philippe first noticed the stage musical “Beauty and the Beast” fairly late, as a freshman in school. Kyra Belle Johnson bought to understand it a lot earlier — in sixth grade she performed a sugar dice in a center college manufacturing.
