Nevada Studying Week set to start out with enjoyable actions for college students

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Nevada Studying Week is ready to kick off, and college students throughout the valley are inspired to dive into a superb e-book.

Elementary faculties throughout Southern Nevada, together with Marion Earl Elementary College in Spring Valley, are launching Studying Week in an enormous manner. This 12 months’s theme is “Color Our World with Books”. 

College students will have fun the enjoyment of studying by taking part in quite a lot of actions whereas exercising their younger minds, like studying, bingo, writing contests, and studying contests.

“They’ll be reading award-winning books, they’ll be writing poems, they’ll be, of course, dressing up for our spirit days,” Librarian Lisa Cabrera Terry stated. “The goal is just to get our kids spending the time reading. Reading with their teacher, reading with a partner.”
