Nevada congressman introduces invoice focusing on tipped wage reform

Nevada Democratic Rep. Steven Horsford stood alongside members of the Culinary Union Native 226 and tipped staff from throughout Southern Nevada on Wednesday to announce new laws geared toward altering how tipped staff are paid and taxed.
