Minnesota faculty districts sue over ICE raids

Two Minnesota faculty districts and a lecturers union sued the Trump administration on Wednesday to dam immigration raids close to colleges amid the federal enforcement surge within the state. For years, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had a long-standing coverage of not conducting enforcement at “sensitive” areas, reminiscent of locations of worship and colleges.
