LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police say they’ve arrested a person who allegedly shot cellphone video of himself capturing three bullets into the storage of his home within the west valley, leaving his girlfriend’s brother mendacity with a bullet in his head, in a pool of blood, with little likelihood of survival.

A report from Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division says Francis Centeno, 22, confessed to capturing his girlfriend’s brother on March 29 and recording your entire factor.
