Man admits guilt in Las Vegas taking pictures, killing bystander

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person accused of killing an harmless bystander entered a responsible plea Thursday morning within the taking pictures loss of life of a teen, killed by a stray bullet.

Devin Mansch, 20, entered a responsible plea for one depend of second-degree homicide with a lethal weapon within the loss of life of Bryce McKinney, 18, who died after being shot on July 15, 2023. Mansch initially confronted a number of costs together with homicide, tried homicide, and conspiracy to commit homicide however these costs have been eliminated underneath a plea deal.
