LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A who’s who of magicians from world wide are being honored in Las Vegas for the first-ever International Magicians Corridor of Fame. The ceremony will acknowledge these in all dimensions of the magic arts.
The July 9 celebration on the Clark County Library Theater on East Flamingo will honor the legends, innovators, and rising stars of magic. The festivities kick off with a pink carpet at midday, adopted by reside performances and Corridor of Fame inductions beginning at 2 p.m.
Magician Moe Rock defined the imaginative and prescient behind the Corridor of Fame and why it is essential to “recognize the artistry, dedication, and cultural impact of magicians” as a result of there’s a corridor of fame for athletes, musicians and actors and it is time to shine a light-weight on those that deliver marvel to the world.
Rock is a co-founder of the occasion together with CEO Tim Clever of the Los Angeles Tribune.
The lineup of honorees and performers contains Homosexual Blackstone, Diana Zimmerman, Howard Hamburg, and Fielding West. A day present can even function appearances from Criss Angel and Las Vegas legend Lance Burton.
The International Magicians Corridor of Fame is greater than a one-day occasion — it is the start of an ongoing celebration of magic, with plans to honor performers and innovators by a collection of occasions all year long.
