LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A number of folks watching the livestream of a double-homicide on the Las Vegas Strip referred to as 911 to report the taking pictures, in line with audio the 8 Information Now Investigators obtained Thursday.
Manuel Ruiz, 41, also called streamer “Sin City Manny,” faces two homicide costs after Las Vegas Metro police stated he gunned down Rodney Finley, 44; also called “Finny Da Legend,” and his spouse, Tanisha Finley, 43, close to the Bellagio Fountains on Sunday, June 8.
The confrontation was caught on video throughout a livestream. It stemmed from a beef between the YouTube streamers, police stated.
“I’m on YouTube live and I just saw somebody get shot,” one caller stated. “We saw the whole thing. I recorded it. I want to make the report that we see the person actually take out a gun and shoot somebody. We watch these two guys live all the time, and they happen to always have issues with each other.”

“I saw just watching a livestreaming on YouTube, and it looks like they were outside, across from the Paris… and there was a guy walking behind the camera, and he pulled out a gun and started shooting this guy,” another viewer told a dispatcher. “I guess the cops showed up you can hear sirens going. It’s still live on YouTube right now.”
“There’s a shooting in Las Vegas,” one caller informed a dispatcher as police arrived. “It’s right next to the water fountain show that they show.”
Ruiz later turned himself in to Henderson police and informed detectives he acted in self-defense.
Ruiz remained in custody Thursday with out bail. Prosecutors introduced Thursday that they could search the demise penalty towards him.
