LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A lethal crash prompted lane closures on a Las Vegas interstate Thursday afternoon.
In accordance with Nevada State Police, the crash occurred on the southbound lanes of I-11 simply north of On line casino Middle.
Police mentioned the crash occurred at round 11:15 a.m. and concerned an SUV and a motorbike. The motorbike rider was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
The driving force of the SUV remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
As of 12:30 p.m., all lanes besides the rightmost lane on southbound I-11 have been closed simply north of On line casino Middle. I-15 south to I-11, MLK to I-11 south, and I-15 north to I-11 will probably be closed for an undetermined time, police mentioned.
