Las Vegas ICE arrest amongst 16 spotlighted in White Home electronic mail

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The White Home spotlighted 16 ICE arrests, together with one in Las Vegas, because it reaffirmed its dedication to apprehend and take away “scores of dangerous criminal illegal immigrants who were allowed to infiltrate our communities by incompetent politicians.”

Cesar Ivan Gomez-Mata was amongst 16 males listed within the White Home electronic mail on Friday. He was described as a 39-year-old Mexican nationwide who was arrested by ICE Las Vegas. The e-mail mentioned he has convictions for voluntary manslaughter and assault with a firearm.

No extra particulars have been offered on Gomez-Mata. The temporary description didn’t say the place or when the convictions occurred. He’s not listed in information from the Nevada Division of Corrections, the Clark County Detention Heart or the Henderson Detention Heart, the place ICE detainees have been housed.

The e-mail listed arrests of males from Mexico, Costa Rica, China, Sudan, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Cuba.

“Under President Donald J. Trump’s decisive leadership, illegal border crossings have plummeted to historic lows as the reckless open border policies of the past are dismantled and the rule of law is restored,” the White Home electronic mail mentioned.

“The Trump Administration remains relentless in our mission to apprehend and remove the scores of dangerous criminal illegal immigrants who were allowed to infiltrate our communities by incompetent politicians — and we will stop at nothing until these public safety threats have been taken off our streets,” it mentioned.

The White Home described the 16 arrests as solely a tiny fraction of the legal unlawful immigrants taken off our streets in latest days.
