Las Vegas exhibit honoring 1 October capturing victims opens to public

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — An exhibit that includes momentos left on the Welcome to Las Vegas signal following the 1 October capturing will open to the general public this 12 months.

Beginning Monday, Sept. 29, via Thursday, Oct. 9, within the Rotunda Gallery positioned on the primary ground of the Clark County Authorities Middle in downtown Las Vegas at 500 South Grand Central Parkway.

The exhibit encompasses a choice of objects from the Clark County Museum’s 22,000-piece 1 October assortment, together with banners, letters, cowboy hats, stuffed animals, and mementos left on the Welcome to Las Vegas signal and different areas as choices of grief and assist following the assault on the Route 91 Harvest Competition on Oct. 1, 2017 that took 60 lives and left a whole bunch injured.
