Intel Democrats press Gabbard on Trump administration boat strikes

The strikes have exacerbated tensions within the area, with Colombian President Gustavo Petro accusing the U.S. of homicide after an operation in Colombian waters that he mentioned killed a “lifelong fisherman.”
