Impairment suspected in southwest Las Vegas valley crash that left pedestrian hospitalized: police

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A pedestrian was hospitalized with life-threatening accidents after they had been hit in a marked crosswalk within the southwest Las Vegas valley, based on Metro police.

On Sunday, round 8:45 p.m., a pedestrian was crossing Robindale Highway at Jones Boulevard inside a marked crosswalk when a car entered the intersection and hit them, police mentioned.

The pedestrian was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening accidents. Police suspected the motive force of the car was impaired.

Jones Boulevard was closed in each instructions at Robindale Highway, based on RTC Southern Nevada. Drivers had been requested to make use of alternate routes.
