Grand Canyon replace: North Rim reopens Could 15; South Rim underneath stage 3 water restrictions

Scenic drives on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon will reopen to the general public at 6 a.m. on Friday, Could 15, the Nationwide Park Service introduced. In the meantime, water restrictions are rising on the South Rim.
