Girl struck, killed by hit-and-run driver, police say

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are on the lookout for the motive force liable for a lethal hit-and-run crash Monday morning.

The crash was reported round 3 a.m. on Flamingo Street close to Paradise Street. In accordance with Las Vegas Metropolitan police, the girl was making an attempt to cross Flamingo between College Heart Drive and Paradise when she was struck by a automobile. The girl was not in a marked crosswalk.

Flamingo is at the moment closed to visitors. Drivers are requested to search out an alternate route whereas police conduct their investigation.
