LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Alaska Airways stated it’s working to revive operations after a major IT outage led to a floor cease for all of its flights on Thursday and the cancellation of greater than 360 flights, based on an announcement launched by the airline.
As of Friday morning, a minimum of a half-dozen flights to or from Las Vegas are exhibiting as canceled at Harry Reid Worldwide Airport. The flights largely join Las Vegas with West Coast cities, reminiscent of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle.
“We sincerely apologize to our company whose journey plans have been disrupted. We’re working to get them to their locations as rapidly as we will. Earlier than heading to the airport, we encourage flyers to verify their flight standing.
